Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ShopKenPaves.com Incorporated and or shopkenpaves.com website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, EXCEPT HAIR EXTENSIONS AND STYLING TOOLS, PLEASE SEE BELOW. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of ShopKenPaves, Inc. receiving your order; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive NO refund.
Shipping
All items ship USPS. Your product can take up to (7 to 10 days) from the shipping date. International orders can take up to (30 days). No Exceptions. Any order returned due to Non Pick Up from the consumer will lose their shipping charge and will only be refunded the amount of the product cost. Any order request to be reshipped will cost an additional charge.
ShopKenPaves is not offering a "try it before you buy it" service. If you try your extensions or styling tool and then send them back we are not able to resale them to another customer. So this is a policy which we must strictly enforce. We want to ensure that every customer receives a perfect set of extensions with every purchase.
Charge Back Policy:
Unfortunately, some customers choose to use the credit card chargeback process in a fraudulent manner. Some customers will charge back legitimate transactions on their credit card instead of following our return policies. In those cases, we will provide proof of delivery to the credit card company and we will ultimately win the chargeback. Once a chargeback is submitted, we can no longer help you in regards to any matters as it relates to our return policies.
Chargebacks that are lost and that are determined to be legitimate transactions are turned over to a collection agency as an unpaid debt. In the event the balance cannot be collected, the collection agency could submit the amount due to all three major credit bureaus, file a small claims law suit, contact the customer at his or her place of business, or even send notice to the customer’s local police department. We reserve the right to collect any unpaid balances from the fraudulent use of the chargeback process.Returns & Exchanges Procedures:
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for product that has been used.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for product that has been received over 7 days before the initial request to return.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
- All Products will be inspected prior to issuing a refund for compliance with our return policy. If a product is found to be improper and not in compliance with our return policy a refund will not be issued and we will be unable to ship the product back to you without receiving payment for the reshipping costs.
- All returns or exchanges must be arranged by phone at 800-536-7090 prior to sending the extensions or styling tool.
- All returned merchandise must be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Shipping returns back to ShopKenPaves is at the expense of the customer.
- Insurance should be considered when shipping the item back to ShopKenPaves. We cannot guarantee it will arrive to us the way it arrived to you.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. We allow one exchange per item, except Hair Extensions and Styling Tools, see above - please read fee section below.
Please be aware:
Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow these exchange guidelines.
- Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
- Items not eligible for exchange: Last Call, Clearance, Discontinued, Hairdo Hair Extension, Styling Tools, Special Orders and Wholesale Orders.
- If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.
Exchange Fees
ShopKenPaves.com now offers Hassle-free color exchanges for all products except the Hair Extensions and Styling Tools, see above. If you are not happy with your color selection and wish to exchange the same item for a different color the 25% exchange fee will be waived for your first exchange. A handling fee of $5.00 will apply to color exchanges.
25% exchange fees apply to all other exchange item(s).
Note: If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.
Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.
Balances are issued as store credit only and can be used at any time.
Shipping Costs on Exchange
Shipping charges will apply. We ship via the method used on the original order.

If
for any reason you aren't fully satisfied with our Skin Care and/or
Professional Cosmetic Brushes, we will provide a refund, with the
following terms and conditions:
- Full refund guarantee does not apply to shipping cost or taxes. We will refund ONLY the cost of the product.
- You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase at 1-800-536-7090 to receive a RMA return code. Any items returned without a RMA code will not be qualified for a refund.
- Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
- All items, must be returned in their original packaging.
- This guarantee is limited to the Skin Care and Professional Cosmetic Brushes ONLY.
- This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. ShopKenPaves.com is not liable for U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss or delay.
